Visa Process for North Macedonia
Visa Types
- Tourist Visa: For short-term tourism purposes (up to 90 days)

- Student Visa: For pursuing education in North Macedonia (duration varies based on course of study)
- Transit Visa: For passing through North Macedonia without leaving the transit zone
Required Documents
For all visa types:
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay
- Completed visa application form
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation, Airbnb confirmation, etc.)
- Proof of sufficient financial means (bank statements, credit card statements, etc.)
Additional documents for specific visa types:
- Business Visa: Letter of invitation from a company in North Macedonia, itinerary, and proof of business purpose
- Work Visa: Employment contract or job offer
- Student Visa: Admission letter from an educational institution in North Macedonia, proof of financial means, and academic transcripts
- Transit Visa: Proof of onward travel (flight ticket or visa for the next destination)

- Online Application: Visa applications can be submitted online through the e-Consulate system: https://e-consulate.mfa.gov.mk/Visa
- Embassy or Consulate: Visa applications can also be submitted in person at the North Macedonian Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s home country.
