Visa Types

Pitcairn Islands does not require visas for stays of up to 14 days for citizens of all countries.

Required Documents

For stays longer than 14 days, visitors must obtain a Visitor’s Permit from the Governor of Pitcairn Islands. The following documents are required:

• Completed Visitor’s Permit Application Form
• Copy of passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay)
• Proof of onward travel (e.g., plane ticket)
• Letter of invitation from a Pitcairn resident (if applicable)

Application Procedures

2. Complete the form in English and sign it.
3. Scan the completed form and all supporting documents.
4. Email the scanned documents to the Governor of Pitcairn Islands at: governor@pitcairn.gov.pn

Fees

There is no fee for a Visitor’s Permit.

Timelines

Applications are typically processed within 2-4 weeks. However, it is advisable to apply well in advance of your intended travel date.
