Visa Process for Serbia
Visa Types
- Type A (Airport Transit Visa): Required for transiting through Serbia’s airports.
- Type B (Short-Stay Visa): For stays up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
- Type C (Long-Stay Visa): For stays exceeding 90 days, typically issued for business, work, or study purposes.
- Type D (National Visa): For stays exceeding 90 days and intended for permanent or long-term residence in Serbia.
Required Documents
For Type A and Type B Visas:
- Completed visa application form
- Passport valid for at least 3 months beyond intended departure from Serbia
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation or invitation letter from a host)
- Proof of financial means (bank statement or credit card statement)
- Travel itinerary or proof of onward travel
- Visa fee
For Type C and Type D Visas:
- Additional documentation may be required, depending on the purpose of the visit. This may include:
- Employment contract or business invitation
- Proof of enrollment in a Serbian educational institution
- Proof of sufficient financial means
- Medical certificate (for long-term stays)
