Online Application: For Tourist Visas only. Visit the Timor-Leste Immigration Service website (https://www.timigration.gov.tl/) and follow the instructions.
Embassy/Consulate Application: For all other visa types. Submit your application in person or by mail to the nearest Timor-Leste embassy or consulate.
