Visa Process for Uzbekistan
Visa Types
- Tourist Visa: For leisure travel, valid for up to 30 days.
- Business Visa: For business purposes, valid for up to 90 days.
- Work Visa: For employment in Uzbekistan, valid for up to 12 months.
- Study Visa: For students enrolled in educational institutions in Uzbekistan, valid for the duration of studies.
- Transit Visa: For transit through Uzbekistan, valid for up to 5 days.
Required Documents
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.
- Visa Application Form: Completed and signed.
- Two Passport-Size Photographs: Recent, color, and 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size.
- Invitation Letter: From a host organization, travel agency, or educational institution in Uzbekistan.
- Proof of Accommodation: Hotel reservation or invitation letter from a host providing accommodation.
- Proof of Financial Means: Bank statement or credit card statement showing sufficient funds for the intended stay.
- Travel Itinerary: Detailed itinerary of the planned trip.
Application Procedures
Online Application:
- Visit the Uzbekistan e-Visa website (https://evisa.mfa.uz/).
- Create an account and provide the required information.
- Upload the necessary documents and pay the visa fee.
Embassy/Consulate Application:
- Contact the Uzbekistan embassy or consulate in your country.
- Submit the required documents in person.
- Pay the visa fee.
