Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional product squad and improve delivery velocity without compromising quality.
You will coach engineers, drive architecture discussions, and partner with product/design on roadmap execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of full-stack engineers.
- Drive sprint execution, technical planning, and quality standards.
- Own team hiring and onboarding across key backend/frontend roles.
- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in people management.
- Strong hands-on background with modern TypeScript/React stacks.
- Experience building secure, multi-tenant, cloud-native applications.
- Clear communication and strong ownership mindset.
